Ards and North Down Council, Economic Development Team is delighted to bring this mini-series of masterclasses to the borough. The Growth Imperative is a series of four ½ day Masterclasses delivered in Newtownards and Bangor that provides leaders and those with leadership potential focused learning and development to strengthen conscious leadership, embrace change, ignite collaboration and harness the relentless pursuit of innovation. Each Masterclass will commence at 09:30 and conclude at 12:00 after which participants will have the opportunity to network.

Masterclass 2: Adapting to Change: Embrace Evolution for Business Success
Change is inevitable in any business landscape. This masterclass aims to equip participants with the mindset and tools to not only navigate change but also to leverage it as a catalyst for innovation and growth. We will explore the nature of change and discuss the importance of tenacity, strength and flexibility in the face of new challenges or opportunities. Through practical exercises and case studies, they'll learn how to apply strategies for change management that align with their business and personal objectives.
Eligibility Criteria: Own or have a leadership capacity/potential in a business enterprises located in the Ards and North Down Borough.
Costs: The Growth Imperative Masterclass series is fully funded by Ards and North Down Borough Council and therefore free to eligible participants. Participants may commit to attending all four Masterclasses, therefore, the maximum commitment per eligible participant is four ½ days over four months.

It is entirely at the Council’s discretion to accept registrations. Registrations from companies outside the Borough may be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the entire discretion of the council.
